Jim was the founder and CEO of Eontec, who built the world’s first Java multichannel banking solution, which was acquired by Siebel Systems. With the Econiq team, Jim has now built The Conversation Hub, the world’s first virtual meeting experience platform for financial advisors.
Stephen digitally transforms the client experience of virtual meetings by designing meetings in The Conversation Hub that deliver the highest levels of Meeting Quality.
Stephen designed the world’s first J2EE based multi-channel banking system. He is a pioneer of Java development for banking and is now at the forefront of API innovation. His development work for Econiq has received prestigious awards, including a patent for The Conversation Hub.
As CFO, Dervila manages all finance and compliance matters. She is a Chartered Accountant with a Big 4 audit background and has 25 years of diverse experience. Dervila models and verifies value delivered through Meeting Quality for Econiq clients.
Colin works with Econiq’s clients to maximize the value they achieve from Meeting Quality in The Conversation Hub.
Bernard Horn had a long and successful career with NatWest including six years on the Main Board. His roles included five years as Chief Executive of the International Businesses and a similar period as Operations Director. He led significant acquisition and disposal activity whilst with the bank.
Since leaving NatWest in 2000, he has developed a portfolio of activities acting both as Chairman and non-executive director. He was previously on the Board of Eontec, prior to its successful sale to Siebel Systems. He is also involved in an advisory capacity with a number of charities.
James Moran is a former partner and former Managing Partner of ByrneWallace. In the early 1980s, he acted as In House Counsel with the former ICC Bank, plc. He subsequently specialized in the area of commercial and residential property development and planning law. In recent years, he has advised in the area of dispute resolution.
He is a CEDR qualified Mediator and has acted as a Mediator of commercial disputes and has advised parties involved in the mediation of disputes. James is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Dublin Solicitor’s Bar Association and the Irish Commercial Mediator’s Association.
Nick Miller, Founder and President of Clarity Advantage Corporation, has consulted in bank sales and sales management for over 40 years. He specializes in enabling bank sales teams who sell to businesses, business owners and consumers. His consulting and coaching clients have included many of the largest banks and financial services companies in the United States and Canada as well as regional and community banks.
Nick is an expert in the design of sales conversations, employee development strategies, and performance support systems and has been published or quoted in a plethora of industry publications.
