Technology Overview

At the heart of Econiq is our patented ‘listening’ technology which can track, interpret and record all activity that takes place at the front end during a customer transaction or interaction, on multiple operational and third party systems as well as interaction with Econiq itself.  

The solution requires no back end integration which makes implementation time extremely fast and inexpensive – phase 1 deployment in 2 – 4 weeks.  Furthermore, because we have already pre-built the listeners to all leading 3rd party systems, there is very little impact on the client IT department in terms of time or effort.

An Econiq implementation has no impact whatever on the performance of the 3rd party system or the day to day operation within the branch environment.  

In a live environment, Econiq occupies a minimum amount of screen space by very discretely wrapping the 3rd party core system.  This makes the Econiq tools available to the staff member if and when required for ease of use.

The solution can be easily configured by the business community to reflect changes in business emphasis, new sales strategies or marketing programs.  

Econiq is essentially system agnostic and has already connected with all leading core banking systems.  Econiq is built to enterprise class and is fully tested to scale for the largest installations.
